Our Homecare Services are designed to help people stay safe, well, and independent in the place they know best — their own home. Whether you need a little extra help each day or more complex support, we’re here to make life easier.

We support with a wide range of everyday tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. Our carers visit at times that suit you, with plans tailored around your needs, preferences, and routines.

We also provide care for individuals with long-term conditions, dementia, disabilities, and complex needs — always with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Every member of our team is trained, vetted, and supported to deliver high-quality care that meets CQC standards.

Supported Living

Independence with the right support.

Our Supported Living service is all about helping people live full, independent lives — with the support they need, when they need it. We work with individuals who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, or other complex needs, providing care that is personalised, respectful, and empowering.

Support is provided in shared houses or individual flats, where clients have their own space but also benefit from 24/7 access to a caring, professional team. We help with everything from daily routines and medication to budgeting, appointments, and community access.

Our aim is simple: to promote choice, independence, and quality of life. Whether someone needs a few hours of support each day or ongoing help around the clock, we work closely with families, professionals, and local authorities to build a plan that works.

Compassionate Homes

Our Compassionate Homes offer a safe, supportive environment for individuals who need residential care. Located across Cheshire and Staffordshire, each home is thoughtfully designed to feel welcoming, familiar, and inclusive — not institutional.

We provide care and accommodation for adults with a wide range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and dementia. Every resident has their own space, privacy, and support — with personalised care plans that reflect their choices and aspirations.

Each home is registered and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and we’re proud to maintain a “Good” rating across our services. Our teams work closely with residents, families, and professionals to ensure continuity, safety, and quality of life.

Training & Development

Raising standards through learning.

At Compassionate Healthcare, we believe good care starts with great training. That’s why we offer high-quality, practical training for our staff — and for other care providers looking to upskill their teams.

Our training covers essential topics such as safeguarding, medication, moving and handling, infection control, dementia awareness, mental health, and more. We also offer refresher courses and bespoke sessions to meet specific needs.

All courses are delivered by experienced trainers who understand both the theory and the real-life demands of care work. Training can be delivered in-person or online, and all participants receive certificates upon completion.

Whether you’re a carer starting out or a service manager looking to support your team, our training helps build skills, confidence, and compassion — one session at a time.

Training Modules
