At Compassionate Healthcare, we offer safe, comfortable, CQC-registered homes for adults aged 18 and over. Each home supports up to six residents and provides personalised, 24-hour care in a warm, family-style setting. Our model blends the structure of residential care with the independence of supported living — helping people feel at home while receiving the right level of support.

We support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, physical disabilities, and complex care requirements. Every resident has their own space and a personalised care plan that supports their goals, routines, and wellbeing.

Our homes are managed by qualified nurses and supported by skilled care teams who are passionate about creating a calm, respectful environment. Whether it’s help with daily routines, medication, or social activities, we support each person to live life on their own terms — safely and with dignity.

We currently operate two registered homes — both small, warm, and focused on quality of life. They’re more than just buildings. They’re places where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Compassionate House: Stoke-on-Trent

A calm, supportive home in the heart of Staffordshire.

Compassionate House is a warm, six-bed residential home located in Stoke-on-Trent. It offers a peaceful and secure setting for adults who need long-term care and support. The home is fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and is led by a dedicated team of qualified nurses and support staff.

We specialise in supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, and other complex needs. Each resident has a personalised care plan that reflects their choices, promotes independence, and supports their health and wellbeing.

Residents enjoy bright, comfortable bedrooms, shared living areas, and a relaxed environment where they can socialise, take part in activities, and maintain a sense of routine. Our team provides 24-hour support, including personal care, medication, emotional support, and help with daily living tasks.

Compassionate Lodge

Compassionate Lodge: Uttoexter

Compassionate Lodge is our second residential home, based in Uttoexter, offering the same high standards of care in a friendly, homely setting. Like Compassionate House, it supports up to six adults aged 18 and over with a range of needs — including autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and dual diagnoses.

The Lodge is calm, bright and welcoming, with individual bedrooms, shared lounge areas, and access to safe outdoor space. Every resident receives tailored support, encouraging independence, community involvement, and quality of life.

Our care team provides round-the-clock support, covering everything from personal care and daily routines to emotional wellbeing and attending appointments. We work closely with families and professionals to ensure each person’s care is consistent, respectful, and responsive.

At Compassionate Lodge, we aim to provide more than just support — we provide a place where people feel safe, valued, and at home.
